Data we collect

Account data: your email address and, optionally, your company and role supplied at sign-up, plus your marketing consent preference where you have given one.

Contact form data: name, email, company or organisation, role, country, enquiry type and your message.

Technical data: the product usage and security telemetry needed to operate the terminal.

Consent for stored enquiries

When you submit the contact form you confirm that Terminus may store your enquiry in order to respond to you. That consent is the legal basis on which the enquiry is kept, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@terminus-efa.com, after which the enquiry is deleted.

How we use your data

To answer your enquiry, to operate your account and the terminal, to send transactional email, and — only where you have opted in — to send occasional research updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Account data is retained for as long as your account exists and for 12 months after closure for legal and security records. Advisory client records are retained for the period required by applicable Greek accounting and tax law.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorised personnel.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or close your account at any time. Write to info@terminus-efa.com.

We use cookies only for session management and basic product analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
