1. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity carried out under your account.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are free. Terminus may modify or withdraw access to the terminal at any time.

Advisory engagements are governed by a separate written agreement; these Terms do not cover them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell or redistribute our research, and not to upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Intellectual property

All research, forecasts and software remain the property of Terminus. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access them while your account is in good standing.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminus is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the terminal and our published research. See our Disclaimer.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated in the terminal or by email.
